Chair of the Department, Dr. Ansgar Brambrink, who attended the IARS conference in Montreal, was elated about the Department’s remarkable contributions at that event. “The representation from our department was incredible,” said Dr. Brambrink. “I am very thankful to everyone who participated in person and in spirit.”

“Many of our doctors remained here in New York attending the ORs, ICUs and pain practices in order to facilitate other department members to attend these events which are integral to the research we engage in here at Columbia,” said Dr. Brambrink.
